£1.1bn in fees, 3.1m hours, 14 years: the UK cost of winding up Lehman Brothers

Administrators from PwC have charged £1.1bn in fees and put in more than 3.1m hours of work over 14 years in the Lehman Brothers administration, one of the largest and most complex administrations in UK history, successfully returning over £43bn in total to counterparties and repaying creditors in full, plus interest.
