AC Landscapes and Treeworks UK - Administration

AC Landscapes and Treeworks UK, a specialist landscaping company, entered administration on 14 June.

The company, which was founded in 2007, services the UK’s Strategic Highways and Electricity Distribution sectors across the North West, North East, Midlands and the South West.

Gary Lee and Paul Stanley of Begbies Traynor were appointed joint administrators, and completed a going concern sale to an unconnected third party, enabling the company to fulfil its existing contracts and saving 34 jobs.

Barclays Security Trustee and Marketfinance have registered charges against the company.
