Aceleron Limited - Administration

Aceleron Limited, a Bromsgrove-based developer of lithium batteries, entered administration on 12 September 2023 after failing to secure further investment and becoming unable to meet its financial obligations. Martyn Rickels and Simon Farr of FRP were appointed joint administrators and are marketing the business for sale. All 11 employees have been made redundant. Rocking Horse Solutions UK Limited and Marketfinance Limited have registered charges against the company.
