Actual Experience plc - Administration

Actual Experience plc, an AIM-listed analytics software firm based in Bath, entered administration on 7 November. Earlier this year, the company disclosed that it would likely run out of money by December 2023 in the absence of cost reductions or significant commercial progress. Unfortunately, securing new revenue contracts and significant sales has taken longer than expected, and trading has largely tracked what was predicted. Jonathan Dunn and Andrew Sheridan of FRP were appointed joint administrators.
