Administrators of £200m Tolent Group say ‘complex’ construction contracts and retentions could take ‘several years’ to resolve

Administrators at Interpath Advisory said the wind-down of collapsed £200m contractor Tolent could take until 2027, as efforts to recover long-term construction contract debts and retentions are proving complex, with more than £2.7m owed to HMRC and over £560,000 to employees unlikely to be repaid.
