Administrators from Interpath have reported progress in the administration of Elements (Europe), confirming the £1.5 million sale of assets and modules to CMC Facilities Management, the earlier transfer of a London contract interest, and expectations of full recovery for preferential creditors and a potential dividend for unsecured creditors despite £8.7 million in trade debts, with the case likely to conclude via creditors’ voluntary liquidation by June 2026.
