Advanced Digital Innovation (UK) Limited, a digital health provider and developer of the ‘MyPathway’ digital health platform, which is used by a number of National Health Services trusts across the UK to improve patient interactions during treatment, has been sold out of administration in a pre-pack deal. The company, which was incorporated in 2012, required further revenue growth to continue trading in its current form. The directors resolved to place the company into administration after exploring options, including marketing the business for sale. It was sold to Canadian group VitalHub Corp for an as yet undisclosed sum. Dr Ian Robert Gomersall and Innovate UK Loans Limited each has a registered charge against the company.
