Aeristech - Administration

Aeristech, a Leamington Spa-based motor technology company, entered administration on 3 February.
The company, which was founded in 2006, manufactures high-powered compressors for hydrogen fuel cells and employs around 45 people. Aeristech owns various patents and was working on a government project to convert London buses to hydrogen fuel.
Craig Povey and Gareth Prince of Begbies Traynor were appointed as joint administrators and said they are seeking a buyer for the company.
4SYTE Ltd and Birmingham City Council have registered charges against the company.
The joint administrators were represented by Higgs & Sons.
