Alicydon Limited - liquidation

Alicydon Limited, a Dundee-based property development firm which had obtained planning permission to redevelop the landmark building Custom House on Dundee’s waterfront, entered provisional liquidation on 20 June. After securing planning permission and commencing the initial stages of the development, cost overruns meant that the company had no option but to cease trading. Ken Pattullo and Kenny Craig of Begbies Traynor were appointed as Joint Provisional Liquidators. Michael Jaffray De Hauteville Bell and Christopher Guthrie Little as Trustees for the Bell/Little No 2 Partnership have two registered charges against the company.
