Ambroplastics Limited – liquidation

Ambroplastics Limited, a Telford-based manufacturer of office supplies, focusing on plastic wallets and other similar products, entered liquidation on 21 December. The company had pivoted its business to making protective face visors for key workers and other PPE during the pandemic. It cited a reluctance to use plastics post-pandemic as the primary driver behind its insolvency. Timothy Higgins and Edward Williams of PwC were appointed joint liquidators. Hsbc UK Bank PLC has a registered charge against the company, and Hsbc Invoice Finance (UK) LTD has two.
