Ansador Fire & Security Secured in Sale, 25 Jobs Preserved
Administrator cites stabilisation of workforce and client services amid sector-wide pressures

Ansador Limited, trading as Ansador Fire & Security Solutions, entered administration on 1 September 2025 with The Insolvency Company’s Gareth Buckley appointed as administrator. The London-based provider of access control, CCTV, intruder detection, and life safety systems has been acquired through a pre-packaged sale, preserving 25 jobs and ensuring business continuity.
Founded more than three decades ago, Ansador built a reputation for designing, installing, and maintaining bespoke security and fire systems for a client base spanning commercial property, healthcare, education, and public sector institutions. But like many mid-market security integrators, the business has faced sustained pressures, including tightening margins in public contracts, rising costs for imported hardware, and delays to capital expenditure programmes in construction and real estate.
The directors sought administration as liquidity constraints mounted, with cash flow stress exacerbated by uneven demand in the post-pandemic commercial property market. The swift execution of the sale enabled the transfer of core assets and contracts to a buyer positioned to provide stability, allowing uninterrupted service delivery to existing customers.
Speaking on the appointment, Buckley emphasised the outcome’s importance for employees and clients alike: “We are delighted to have been able to secure the future of Ansador Fire & Security Solutions, protecting the jobs of 25 skilled employees and ensuring the business can move forward with confidence. Safeguarding jobs and maintaining essential services remains at the heart of what we do.”
The Insolvency Company has said it will continue to liaise with stakeholders throughout the transition, aiming to maximise value for creditors while ensuring operational stability.
