Armadilla Ltd – administration

Armadilla Ltd, a Midlothian-based designer and manufacturer of eco-friendly luxury modular accommodation pods, entered administration on 20 December. Blair Nimmo and Alistair McAlinden of Interpath Advisory were appointed joint administrators. The joint administrators said that, despite building a strong order book with significant projects in the pipeline, the company suffered cashflow issues exacerbated by the impacts of Brexit and the pandemic. The joint administrators are now seeking a buyer for the business and assets of the company. Clydesdale Bank PLC and The Royal Bank of Scotland PLC each has a registered charge against the company.
