Aston Martin Creditors Turn to US Court for Details on HPS Deal

Certain Aston Martin bondholders, including Arini Capital Management and Tresidor Investment Management, have asked a New York court to compel HPS, Authentic Brands, Moelis and Lazard to provide documents and testimony for a planned UK challenge to the carmaker’s £450 million financing deal, which the creditors argue improperly circumvented existing bondholders, while Aston Martin’s adviser Latham & Watkins maintains the transaction complied with applicable law and the bond documentation.
