Auden Group Limited - administration

Auden Group Limited, a Manchester-based high-cost lender which loaned money to customers for short terms of between three and 12 months, entered administration on 28 March, with Daniel Conway and Geoffrey Rowley of FRP appointed as Joint Administrators. All existing customer agreements are not affected by the administration, but the firm is no longer able to issue any new loans. Glas Trust Corporation Limited has two registered charges against the company.
