Barclay brothers given six weeks to propose IVAs

Howard and Aidan Barclay have been given six weeks by the High Court to propose individual voluntary arrangements after HSBC pursued bankruptcy over debts arising from the collapse of the Barclay family’s Logistics Group, which left the bank recovering just £1.1 million of £143.5 million in secured lending.
