Ben Johnson - Administration

Ben Johnson, a 170-year-old firm which most recently operated as an interior design business, entered administration on 14 February.
Steve Hodgson and Chris Wood of Clough Corporate Solutions were appointed joint administrators and cited "a major accounting issue” as the reason behind the administration, saying that a former director had been dismissed for gross misconduct. They are now exploring all options in an attempt to safeguard the future of the business.
Barclays Bank and Adrian Rumble, who was represented by LCF Law, have registered charges against the company.
