Boss Brewing Company Limited – administration

Boss Brewing Company Limited, a Swansea-based brewery which employs eight members of staff, has been sold out of administration in a pre-pack deal. The company’s profits were significantly impacted by the effects of Brexit on trade with the European Union, along with the Covid-19 pandemic and the national lockdown. The sale of the company means that its eight employees will all retain their jobs, and its taproom and brewery will continue to operate. The identity of the purchaser and purchase price have not yet been disclosed. Gary Thompson and Michael Kiely of Quantuma Advisory were appointed as Joint Administrators.
