Boss of lender accused of diverting £1.3bn to fund lavish lifestyle

Administrators from AlixPartners have brought a High Court claim accusing Paresh Raja, founder of Market Financial Solutions, of orchestrating a vast fraud involving the alleged diversion of close to half of the £2.6 billion advanced by major institutional lenders.
