'British Disneyland' on Essex border in court battle with Paramount over 'serious breaches'

London Resort Company Holdings (LRCH), the company behind the proposed multi-billion pound theme park known as 'British Disneyland', is facing legal action from Hollywood studio Paramount — one of the creditors which had initially lent its name to the park's attractions. An insolvency judge has identified at least three 'serious and irremediable' breaches of LRCH's CVA to pay creditors, including Paramount.
