Bulb’s special administration costs to further increase households’ bills, say MPs

A House of Lords Committee said the government has ignored recommendations against putting Bulb special administration costs on consumers’ bills, calling the government’s decision not to pay for the costs out of general taxation “regressive”, and estimating that every household could face a charge of up to £150.
