Immediately on their appointment as joint administrators, Simon Farr and Anthony Collier of FRP Advisory completed a pre-pack sale to CJ Retail Solutions Global Ltd, saving 54 jobs. Bibby Financial Services, Barclays Bank and Commercial Development Projects Limited have registered charges against the company.
