Carnival Brewing Company - Administration

Carnival Brewing Company, a Liverpool micro brewery, entered administration on 29 January.

The company was established in 2017 and brewed a range of craft beers, including limited edition collaborations with musicians and record labels.

Paul Stanley and Jason Greenhalgh of Begbies Traynor were appointed joint administrators and said that Carnival had been unable to find a buyer despite establishing a number of trade and individual customers in a competitive industry.

The assets of the business, including a canning line, will be sold via auction scheduled for 26 February.

Robert and Elaine Czarnecki have a registered charge against the company, which was represented by Bermans.
