Casper & Cole trading as Temper Restaurant - Administration
Casper & Cole trading as Temper Restaurant, a London-based steakhouse and barbecue restaurant group, entered administration on 22 November.
The company opened its first site in Soho in 2016 and gradually grew to six locations.
It rebounded well after the pandemic, making a profit of over £700 thousand in 2022. However, things took a turn for the worse in 2023, when Temper made a loss of over £40 thousand.
Andrew Andronikou and Brian Burke of Quantuma Advisory were appointed joint administrators, and McDermott Will & Emery is representing the company.
Temper has reportedly closed its restaurants in Shoreditch and Paddington, as well as its smash burger restaurant in White City, leaving only the restaurants located in Soho, Covent Garden and The City trading.
Coutts & Company has a registered charge against the company.
