Cavalier Marketing Limited, a Yorkshire bathroom manufacturer, entered administration on 7 March, reportedly having experienced difficulties in the last few months due to adverse market conditions and a few poor management decisions. Hilary Pascoe and Mark Colman of Leonard Curtis were appointed Joint Administrators, and immediately completed a pre-pack sale of the company’s business and assets to Keighley-based Aquadart Bathrooms Limited, saving 150 jobs. Secure Trust Bank PLC has two registered charges against the company, while Astracast Limited has one.
