CCM Motorcycles et al. - Administration

CCM Motorcycles et al., a Bolton-based motorcycle manufacturer, entered administration on 2 June, with James Saunders and Michael Lennon of KR8 Advisory appointed joint administrators.

CCM was founded over 50 years ago and grew to making around 300 bikes annually, until recent years when numbers dropped to about 150.

The company has also been forced to cut the majority of its workforce since 2022, with only 12 employees remaining following the cuts.

Project Black Investor Newco 1 Limited has a registered charge against the company.
