Celebrity firm that led Harry hacking claim enters insolvency

Thomson Heath Jenkins & Associates, the London media law firm that represented celebrities including Prince Harry, Elton John and Liz Hurley in high-profile privacy and phone-hacking litigation, has ceased trading and reportedly engaged insolvency practitioners following the dismissal of a major claim against Associated Newspapers in July that left the claimants facing a multimillion-pound costs bill, with the Solicitors Regulation Authority confirming that it is monitoring the firm's orderly closure and will intervene if client interests are at risk.
