Celtic Holiday Parks Limited and C, V and A Pendleton - Administration

Celtic Holiday Parks Limited and C, V and A Pendleton, which operate a South Wales holiday park business, entered administration on 27 May and 23 June, with Alistair Wardell and Richard Lewis of Grant Thornton appointed as joint administrators.

Celtic Holiday Parks, which was founded in 2003, operates sites at Noble Court Holiday Park in Narberth, Meadow House Holiday Park in Amroth, while C, V and A Pendleton operates a third site named Croft Country Park in Reynalton.

The company has invested considerable funds into improving the sites since its inception, providing caravans, glamping pods and lodges to holiday-goers. It survived and reportedly thrived through the pandemic with a loan from HSBC which allowed the addition of 54 new holiday homes.

The reasons behind the administrators’ appointment have not been disclosed, but the administrators have confirmed that all three parks will stay open during the administration process whilst they seek a buyer.

HSBC has a registered charge against the company.
