Cheevers Poole Limited – administration

Cheevers Poole Limited, a luxury Chelsea-based main contractor operating in the super-prime property sector, entered administration on 8 September. Work has ceased on the majority of the company’s projects, and joint administrators Alex Cadwallader and Neil Bennett of Leonard Curtis are working with the company’s clients to preserve contractual benefits for the benefit of the company’s creditors. Key management staff are being retained to assist the administrators. The other companies within the group are not subject to proceedings and are continuing to trade in the ordinary course.
