Cheshunt Lakeside Development Limited and Hounslow Property Development Limited - Administration

Cheshunt Lakeside Development Limited, a Hertfordshire development aimed to deliver 1,725 new homes, and Hounslow Property Development Limited, a west London development approved to deliver 1,525 new homes, have entered administration, with Steven Muncaster and Rob Armstrong of Kroll appointed as joint administrators of both companies. Both of the developments were promoted by Inland Homes, which itself filed a notice of intention to appoint David Hudson and Phil Armstrong of FRP as joint administrators. Paragon Development Finance Limited and Homes England have registered charges against Cheshunt Lakeside, while several parties, including Flemmings Limited, Amber Properties Limited and The Secretary of State for Defence have registered charges against Hounslow.
