Rosling King has filed a notice of intention to appoint administrators after “significant creditor pressure” became unmanageable despite the City law firm being owed substantial unpaid fees, with advisers pursuing an advanced transaction aimed at protecting staff, client matters and files. The identity of the proposed administrators has not been revealed at this time.
