Clever-Company Limited – administration

Clever-Company Limited, a Chesire-based hot tub company with its own brand of hot tubs called “CleverSpa”, entered administration on 26 October. The Joint Administrators said that, following increased demand for hot tubs during the pandemic, the company has experienced a softening of demand from retailers over recent months. In addition, the company has been impacted by rising energy costs. 25 employees have been made redundant, while nine have remained to assist with the administration. Howard Smith and Richard Harrison of Interpath were appointed as Joint Administrators. Finance Flow Capital (UK) Limited has a registered charge against the company.
