Completely Motoring Limited, Thunder Road Motorcycles Limited and John Wilkins (Motor Engineers) Limited, a largely family-owned group of companies that sell new and used vehicles, have entered administration after a poor summer sales period.

The companies employ 165 staff across 14 showrooms in 11 locations across Wales and the South West of England.

Jonathan Amor and Matthew Richards of Azets, along with Alessandro Sidoli of Xeinadin Corporate Recovery, were appointed joint administrators and are urging interested parties to contact them as soon as possible.

Investec Bank and Santander Consumer (UK) PLC have registered charges against the companies.
