The Role
We are seeking experienced insolvency managers to join our team and assist in our progression.
Candidates will have the ability to work well as part of a team with the ability to support the development of junior staff members, as well as displaying strong problem-solving skills.
Managing a portfolio of challenging corporate and personal insolvency cases from start to completion;
Oversight of statutory matters, including the preparation of detailed reports and correspondence on a range of matters;
Reporting direct to the senior partners, including identification of risk issues and the development and implementation of strategies for their resolution;
Complex investigations, reviews and litigation work as required;
Monitoring job WIP and costs to budget;
Developing and mentoring of junior staff; and
Development of personal networks for your own and the firm’s benefit.
The Candidate
At least 5 years of formal insolvency experience;
Previous experience of working on administrations is essential;
Relevant accountancy or insolvency qualification(s) (formal accountancy qualification, CPI or JIEB);
Strong knowledge of restructuring and insolvency principles;
Advisory experience (options analysis, accelerated mergers and acquisitions) preferred;
First class communication skills and ability to communicate across all levels;
Strong commercial and business acumen;
Good all round educational and academic background; and
Good knowledge of IPS and Microsoft Office.
