The Corporate Recovery and Insolvency (“CR&I”) department of Carter Backer Winter LLP has been acquired by CBW Recovery LLP (“CBWR”). The Partners of CBWR are John Dickinson and Joe Colley and the entire CR&I team has transferred to CBWR as part of this transaction.
