Creditors face losses as SOS Wholesale administration extended by a year

Administrators Richard Harrison and Howard Smith of Interpath have secured a one-year extension of the administration of Derby-based SOS Wholesale until September 2027, with unsecured creditors owed more than £5.2 million expected to receive nothing, preferential creditors also facing a nil recovery, and uncertainty over whether first-ranking secured creditor Novuna Business Cash Flow, owed approximately £2.2 million, will be repaid in full.
