Creditors miss out on more than £14m after McGill collapse, final report reveals

Unsecured creditors of Dundee contractor McGill & Co. have recovered just 1.89p in the pound from its administration, leaving more than £14 million unpaid despite stronger recoveries for secured and preferential creditors and marking the end of a prolonged insolvency process following the company’s second collapse.
