Hilco is seeking offers to acquire the intellectual property assets of Curvalux UK Limited on behalf of the Joint Administrators of the Company, James Hichens and Christopher Petts of Grant Thornton. Curvalux UK was a technology-led communications company specialising in the design and development of energy-efficient Fixed Wireless Access (“FWA”) solutions.
