Derry’s Martin Property Group linked to purchase of dozens of NCP car park sites

Administrators at PwC say they are in the advanced stages of agreeing a sale of the majority of NCP's operations to a preferred bidder, with Derry-based Martin Property Group reportedly selected to acquire roughly 100 of the car park operator's remaining sites six months after its collapse.
