DeTrafford St Georges Gardens Ltd – administration

DeTrafford St Georges Gardens Ltd, which is part of the DeTrafford group of companies and had developed the St. Georges Gardens development in Manchester City Centre, entered administration on 5 September. It is not the first member of the group to face issues, with DeTrafford Wavelength Limited having entered administration last month. Due to wider economic challenges, the company had difficulty realising certain unsold apartments. Lee Causer and Kerry Bailey of BDO, who were appointed joint administrators, will seek to realise the remaining apartments. There are six unsatisfied charges against the company, five in favour of Maslow 2 Limited and one in favour of Cbre Loan Services Limited.
