DeTrafford Wavelength Limited – administration

DeTrafford Wavelength Limited, a special purpose entity created by the DeTrafford Group to oversee the development of a construction site at Salford Quays, was placed into administration in mid-August. The development was set to create approximately 421 apartments, 299 of which have been presold. Lender Whitecraigs Limited appointed Michael Lennon and Jimmy Saunders of Kroll as joint administrators after the Company fell behind on debt repayments for the project. The joint administrators are now looking for a buyer for the site.
