Devonshire Homes’ trade creditors unlikely to see a penny of £35m owed

Devonshire Homes unsecured creditors are expected to receive no dividend on £35.3 million of claims after the housebuilder entered administration on 18 June, with administrators Alvarez & Marsal also forecasting no recovery for more than £600,000 of preferential claims and only secured lender Lloyds, owed £7.8 million, expected to receive a payment.
