EDAM Group Limited - Administration

EDAM Group Limited, which provides credit hire and post-accident repair services to drivers, has appointed Ryan Grant and Rick Harrison of Interpath Advisory as joint administrators over itself and two related entities, Easi-Drive Ltd and Credit Repair Ltd. 

The company’s directors stated that the administration was caused by factors including the impact of the Ukraine war on the global supply chain and speed of repairs.

EDAM Group employed 195 staff at its head office in Manchester, support office in Sunderland and four depots, but 101 were made redundant on the appointment of the joint administrators, who are now working to wind-down the companies’ operations.

EDAM Group is assisted by Squire Patton Boggs. Trinity DC GP Limited, Leumi UK Group Limited and Toscafund GP Limited have registered charges against the companies.

Manchester-based Garvins Law, another EDAM subsidiary, said it is unaffected by the administration.
