Everest 2020 Limited - Administration

Everest 2020 Limited, a Hertfordshire-based window and door specialist and one of Britain’s largest double-glazing suppliers, entered administration on 24 April, marking the second administration for the company in four years.

Everest is owned by Jon Moulton's investment firm Better Capital and employs approximately 350 people.

Chris Farrington, Cameron Gunn and Lee Manning of Resolve were appointed joint administrators and are reportedly seeking a buyer for the business.

Barclays Bank and BECAP12 GP Limited have registered charges against the company.
