Farm shop to reopen after being bought for £2.2m

The former Keelham Farm Shop, a farm shop in North Yorkshire which fell into administration earlier this year, is set to reopen after being bought by Bradford-based Robertshaw’s Farm Shop for £2.2m. Charles Boyne and Judy Lankester of Weightmans acted for Robertshaw's, while Hal Roberts and Oliver Jackson of Freeths acted for administrators Mark Firmin, Lyn Vardy and Jonathan Marston of Alvarez & Marsal with Watling as agents.
