Fortress Capital Partners, a celebrity-backed investment scheme already in administration, faces a potential winding-up after its CVA supervisor Edwin Kirker of Kirker & Co. flagged alleged breaches including governance interference, non-payment of a £1.3 million settlement by key debtor Kevin Maxwell, and risks of asset dissipation that could undermine a proposed 42p-in-the-pound recovery for creditors.
