Franklyn Yates Engineering Limited, a Derbyshire mechanical and electrical services firm, entered administration on 15 July, with Tyrone Courtman and Gareth Harris of RSM UK appointed joint administrators.

The company, which specialised in power, water, and energy from waste, struggled following difficulties with a key contract and severe cashflow problems.

The joint administrators are working on liquidating the company’s assets. 25 employees have been made redundant.

Igf Business Credit Limited has a registered charge against the company.
