Frog Systems - Administration

Frog Systems, a Scottish tech firm that developed streaming service Ashia, which provides individuals and businesses with 24/7 wellbeing support, has been purchased out of administration by English wellbeing firm Raiys.

The company reportedly struggled to attract the necessary investment due to uncertainty over ongoing research and development tax credit reviews.

Craig Morrison and Brian Milne of Quantuma were appointed joint administrators on 25 July and completed the sale to Raiys, saving nine jobs.
