Future High Street Living (Digbeth) and Future High Street Living (Talbots) - Administration

Future High Street Living (Digbeth), the company behind a project to transform the former SK Buildings factory in Digbeth into an apartment, and Future High Street Living (Talbots), which is behind an apartments scheme at 53-68 Princip Street in the Gun Quarter, entered administration on 17 March.

Anthony Collier and Gary Hargreaves of FRP Advisory were appointed joint administrators, and said both schemes are up for sale.

Together Commercial Finance, Rockbridge Lending and Stanley Laufer have registered charges against one or both companies.
