Gemini Print Southern - Administration
Gemini Print Southern, a West Sussex-based commercial printer, entered administration on 10 June, citing factors including the impact of the Covid pandemic, steep increases in rental and energy costs, and a substantial debt owed to the company that remains unpaid and is likely to become the subject of legal proceedings.
The business had already closed and 126 staff made redundant by the time Jonathan Beard and John Walters of Begbies Traynor were appointed joint administrators. A handful of staff members have been retained to assist with wind down efforts.
Aldermore Bank has a registered charge against the company.
