Halo Post Production enters administration as sale explored

UK post-production company Mojo Bridge Limited, which trades as Halo Post Production and Evolutions, entered administration on 11 December, 2025, with Nick Parsk of Oury Clark Chartered Accountants appointed as administrator.
The company employs more than 90 post-production professionals and operates from two Soho locations, with Evolutions headquartered on Sheraton Street and Halo Post Production based on Noel Street. Following the appointment, the administrator assumed control of the company’s affairs, business and property.
Mojo Bridge continues to trade on a short-term basis while the administrator evaluates restructuring options and explores a potential sale of the business as a going concern. No immediate redundancies were announced at the time of the appointment.
The administration follows a recent change in ownership within the wider Halo Group, which includes Halo Post Production and Evolutions, although the administrator has not yet provided detailed commentary on the circumstances leading to the filing or the prospects for the group’s operations as the sale process develops.
